Fumed grade flame retardant rubber
This product has good physical, mechanical and electrical properties, superior flame retardance and self-extinguishing property. The flame retardance of 3mm test piece can reach the class FV-0 stated in the national standard GB/T10707-2008. This product complies with the requirements of ROHS and is applicable to manufacturing of electronic and electric products with flame retardance and insulativity,such as flame retardant gaskets, flame retardant seal rings and wire sheaths for cold cathode fluorescent lamps.

Vulcanization condition: 175℃× 5Min.
Addition of curing agent: liquid 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane, flame retardant rubber 1.0%

Applications:
- Anode caps, sealing elements and miscellaneous parts with requirement for flame retardance
Packing & Storage:
- 20kg/ carton lined with plastic bags or sheets.
- The products have a shelf life of 9 months from date of manufacture depending on the shore hardness if stored at room temperature in the originally sealed container.
