Precipitated grade self-lubricating rubber

This product can be used to manufacture products with different hardness and different performance requirements. After vulcanization, within a certain period of time, the surface of product can precipitate silicone oil for self-lubricating. It has good physical properties and processability and is applicable to various silicone rubber connectors, sealing elements and washers requiring self-lubricating property with molding process and is widely used in the machinery industry, automotive industry and aerospace industry.

Vulcanization condition: 175℃× 5Min. Post-curing condition: 200℃ x 4h

 Addition of curing agent: liquid 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane: 0.65%.
