1. How to treat the surface of the substrate before sealing?
The area of the substrate that is in contact with the sealant must be kept clean, dry, and free from dust,
Dirt, rust, grease and other contaminants. Non-porous substrates must be cleaned with a clean, white, lint-free cloth and solvent. As soon as the residual solvent evaporates, wipe it off with a clean, dry cloth as soon as possible. Before sizing, cut the tube mouth, then attach the nozzle and cut the mouth to the desired size. The sealant can be applied in spots or layers and needs to be exposed to moisture in the air to cure.

2. What issues should I pay attention to when applying glue?
Make sure the sealant is not deeper than the width. If the gap between the two substrates is large, inserting the strip is required to improve the performance of the sealant. The sealant is flattened with a suitable tool to make the surface more aesthetically pleasing; at the same time, the sealant is pressed into the joint surface to help eliminate cavitation or voids in the bond layer.
Note: Be sure to seal the sealant in a straight line, and the middle can't stop. Because people who don't usually glue often, once they stop, the interface of the glue will be unnatural. If you don't know the sealant is straight, It is necessary to stick the textured paper on both sides, and then peel off the textured paper after the surface of the sealant is dry.

3. How to remove the cured sealant?
Use a sharp blade to scrape off the cured sealant.
