Laboratory studies have shown that the use of styrene-butadiene rubber partially replaces natural rubber, the precipitation method white carbon black partially replaces carbon black, and a semi-effective vulcanization system is used to improve the performance of natural rubber treads for off-road tires; Part precipitation white carbon black, its tear strength and anti-collapse property are significantly improved. Comparing the tread of off-road tires containing precipitation method silica with pure carbon black-filled tread, the former's cut growth resistance and tear strength are greatly improved compared with the latter. The tire treads of all natural rubber construction machinery tires that use high-dispersion precipitation method white carbon black can obtain the effects of low heat generation, good tear resistance and fatigue resistance of the block.
