Therefore, it is widely used in industries such as electronics, automobiles, machinery, construction, textile, chemical, light industry, printing, etc. as insulation, packaging, caulking, sealing, moisture-proof, seismic resistant, and roller making materials. In addition, due to its excellent demolding performance, RTV-2 is widely used as a soft mold material for the replication and manufacturing of cultural relics, handicrafts, toys, electronic appliances, mechanical parts, etc.

One of the typical applications of silicone sealant is glass curtain walls.
