1, liquid silicone rubber

2, high temperature silicone rubber
   conductive silicone rubber:
   It is vulcanized with silicone rubber as the base adhesive, adding conductive filler and crosslinking agent. The commonly used rubber material is methyl vinyl silicone rubber, and the commonly used conductive fillers are acetylene carbon black, carbon fiber, superconducting electric carbon black, graphite, copper powder, silver powder, aluminum powder and zinc powder. Compared with general conductive rubber, conductive silicone rubber has the advantages of small volume resistivity, low hardness, high and low temperature resistance (-70 to 200℃), aging resistance, good processing and manufacturing process performance, especially suitable for the manufacture of conductive silicone rubber products with good conductivity, complex shape and small structure. It has the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance, easy molding and processing of ordinary silicone rubber, and has good electrical and thermal stability.
   flame retardant silicone:
   Using alumina hydrate, calcium carbonate, carbon black and platinum compound as flame retardant, can be configured into flame retardant silica gel. One-component silicone sealant cured at room temperature, the cured adhesive layer is an elastomer; Neutral curing, no corrosion to most metals; Excellent thermal and cold resistance, aging resistance and electrical insulation performance; The adhesive layer has excellent properties of moisture-proof, earthquake-proof, corona resistance and leakage resistance. Mechanical bonding and sealing of electronic and electrical components such as power supply, photovoltaic modules, communication equipment, and bonding and fixing of electronic components.    ceramic silicone rubber:
   Has a very good fire, fire, flame retardant, low smoke, non-toxic performance, at the same time the residue after combustion for the ceramic hard shell, hard shell in the fire (650-1300℃) environment does not melt, do not drop, to ensure that in the case of fire power, communication smooth, play a difficult protective role, can be used to produce fire resistant wire and cable refractory layer, insulation layer and sheath.
3, phenyl silicone rubber PVMQ:
   The relative density and refractive index of the raw rubber are related to the content of phenyl. When the content of phenyl chain reaches 7.5 (mol) %, the embrittleness temperature drops to the lowest point (-120℃), and the ablative and radiation resistance of the rubber will be improved with the increase of the content of phenyl.
Strong point:
   Low phenyl content, excellent low temperature resistance, long-term use up to -100℃
   Phenyl content, high temperature resistance and excellent ablative performance, the highest use temperature can reach 320℃

4, fluorine silicone rubber FVMQ:
   The introduction of trifluoropropyl chain to methyl vinyl silicone rubber can effectively improve the oil, medium and solvent resistance of vulcanized rubber. Fluorine silicone rubber is different from general fluorine rubber, it does not need to add plasticizers to produce low hardness rubber products, and the cold resistance and compression deformation are better than fluorine rubber, and the performance of vulcanized rubber is less affected by temperature changes.
Strong point:
  It has the high and low temperature resistance, electrical insulation and weather resistance of general silicone rubber.
  It has better oil resistance, solvent resistance and chemical resistance than ordinary silicone rubber.
  An elastomer resistant to non-polar media at -55℃~230℃;
  It has excellent resistance to aviation fuel oil, hydraulic oil, oil, chemical reagents and solvents.
Purpose:
  Used for fuel and lubricating oil resistant seals, contactors and sensor materials; Chemicals corrode pumps, valves, tubing seals; Aerospace sealing field.
