Heat curing two-component epoxy potting compound is the most widely used and widely used variety. The utility model has the advantages that the viscosity of the composite work is small, the processability is good, the application period is long, the impregnation property is good, and the comprehensive performance of the cured product is excellent, and the single-component epoxy potting material is suitable for the automatic production line of the high-voltage electronic device, which is a new development of foreign countries.    Room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber or silicone gel is used for potting of electrical and electronic components. It can protect against moisture, dust, corrosion and shock, and improve the performance and stability parameters. It is liquid before vulcanization and is easy to infuse. Easy to use. When silicone gel is used for potting, no low molecular weight, no stress shrinkage, deep vulcanization, no corrosion, transparent silica gel becomes transparent elastomer after vulcanization, and the components encapsulated in the adhesive layer are clearly visible. Use a needle to measure the component parameters one by one for easy detection and rework. There are also opaque gray or black, and the range of use is different.
   The room temperature vulcanized foamed silicone rubber is used in the memory magnetic core board of the electronic computer, and the tests such as vibration, impact, cold and heat alternating are fully met. The flame-resistant potting compound prepared on the basis of the addition of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber is very effective for molding of products such as TV high-voltage caps and high-voltage cable sheaths. One-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber can be used as the surface coating protective material for the case where it is not required to be hermetically sealed or inconvenient to perform the impregnation and potting protection. The surface protection coating of general electronic components is performed by using room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and internally coated with an addition silicone gel.
