Forming method

Solid silicone rubber forming is made of solid materials. After mixing with the mixer, the cutting machine cuts the product into the appropriate size and thickness of the die, and then puts it into the die. The die is pressed at a certain temperature under the press forming machine. The demoulding process is similar to that of plastic products, and it also needs to be cleaned up.

How to distinguish liquid silicone rubber from solid silicone rubber products

The liquid silicone rubber products have high transparency and no odor, and the products have injection mouths.

Solid silicone rubber products have low transparency, aroma of vulcanizing agent or other covering vulcanizing agent, and no injection port.
