Injection molded liquid silicone rubber (LSR) is a kind of additive liquid silicone rubber. It takes advantage of its low viscosity (it has certain fluidity and unshapedness before vulcanization) and is easy to use metering mixing equipment for feeding. It uses special injection molding equipment to accurately and automatically feed, mix, and inject two components, and then quickly vulcanize to form products.

The injection molding process has gradually replaced the traditional molding process, with many advantages:
1. Liquid injection molding process is adopted for vulcanization molding, with accurate measurement and less material waste;
2. The curing temperature is low, the molding product cycle is short, and the production cost is reduced;
3. The products have high precision and can process products with complex shapes; There is no by-product in the vulcanization process, and there is no need for two-stage vulcanization;
4. The products have excellent aging resistance, weather resistance, non-toxic, high transparency, high mechanical strength, good elasticity and other characteristics.
