Blended silicone rubber is a basic rubber based on methyl or linear high polymer polyorganosiloxane (commonly known as raw rubber) containing vinyl group, reinforcing filler, incremental filler and additives with various properties.
The main raw materials are methyl or vinyl raw rubber, added with silica, bridging agent, structure control agent, coupling agent and other materials, and mixed in a high-temperature internal mixer.
Rubber mix is divided into gas phase rubber mix and precipitation rubber mix

Their differences are:
Vapor phase silica gel has good tear resistance, which is applicable to products such as covers, pressure cookers, silica gel wires, etc;
Precipitation silica gel has a good anti strike life, which is applicable to remote control buttons, mobile phone buttons, foot mats, etc.

Application of rubber mixture:
Cake mold, kitchen supplies; Extruded pipes and profiles; Wire and cable; Rolled sheet; Moulded products, such as keyboards, gaskets and other products

2. Easily colored
