Compared to general methyl vinyl silicone rubbers, this type exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance and dielectric properties, along with superior radiation resistance, ablation resistance, and outstanding low-temperature performance. It is insoluble in water but soluble in toluene, featuring minimal compression deformation and excellent resistance to saturated vapor pressure.

In ultra-low temperature environments, such as at -110°C, methyl phenyl silicone rubber maintains a certain degree of flexibility, making it suitable for producing products that function well in low-temperature conditions. Additionally, it offers remarkable long-term storage stability, good damping properties, and excellent radiation resistance. This material is highly consistent, has low volatility, is odorless, and possesses excellent thermal stability.
