The introduction of phenyl chain in the side chain of silicone rubber destroys the regularity of molecular chain of silicone rubber, reduces the low temperature crystallization, and improves the low temperature resistance of phenyl silicone rubber. As a side chain, the introduced phenyl group also has high thermal oxygen stability, which can prevent the main chain structure change or decomposition caused by side chain oxidation to a certain extent, and improve the high temperature resistance of phenyl silicone rubber. Of course, with the benzene molar content (Ph/Si molar ratio) of low phenyl silicone rubber, medium phenyl silicone rubber and high phenyl silicone rubber, the high and low temperature resistance of phenyl silicone rubber is different, and the medium resistance of phenyl silicone rubber is affected.
