Electronic and electrical industry
Electronic and electrical industry is the earliest use of silicone rubber as an insulating material, a field with a large demand. Silicone rubber is mainly used in TV anode cover, high voltage protection cover, high voltage lead wire, refrigerator defroster wire, power or signal transmission wire and cable. Insulators made of silicone rubber will replace ceramic products and be widely used in power transmission lines, especially ultra-high voltage lines. Conductive silicone rubber is used for electrical contact parts and liquid crystal display contact parts of electronic computers, telephones and other instruments. Wire and cable made of flame retardant and radiation resistant silicone rubber are widely used in atomic power stations. Silicone rubber heating sheet and heating belt are used to control the working temperature of a variety of precision instruments and oil pipelines, and are used as heating blankets for physiotherapy hot compresses in medical treatment. Room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber can be used as waterproof, moisture-proof and shock-proof potting material.

Silicone rubber has been widely used in pump seals for dishwashers and washing machines because of its heat-resistant washing liquid properties. Silicone rubber is ideal for use as washers on utensils such as coffee POTS, electric fryers and steam irons. The padding of the ear and head of the stereo headphones is changed to silicone rubber, which can eliminate external noise and is soft and comfortable.

Aerospace industry
Silicone rubber is an indispensable high-performance material in the aerospace industry, which can withstand the ultra-cold of space and the scorching heat of returning to the atmosphere, extend the life of aircraft parts, reduce maintenance costs, and reduce accidents. Mainly used in aircraft body hole seals, electrical joints, sealing switches, dust and waterproof covers, gaskets, jet engine and hydraulic device "O" seal ring, oxygen mask, control diaphragm, hot air duct and radar wireless shock absorber. Burn resistant silicone rubber is suitable for rocket fuel valves, power source cables and rocket launch manhole covers coating to avoid being burned by rocket jet. Room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber can be used as airtight sealing, window frame sealing and shock-proof, moisture-proof potting material.
