The current energy crisis and climate degradation stem from the depletion of fossil fuels and the burning and disposal of carbon based materials. The source of organic silicon is silicon-based materials such as quartz sand and silicon ore.

From a manufacturing perspective, the energy consumption for producing 1 yard of silicone synthetic leather is as follows:
Water consumption: 0kg/Y;
The energy consumption is about two-thirds of that of traditional leather;
Carbon emissions are about 1/8-1/5 of traditional leather;
The organic silicon waste produced during this period can be 100% recycled and reused

Renewable/recyclable
Many materials used in the production process of organosilicon leather can be recycled, including waste liquid degradation and regeneration, recycling PET to create fiber based fabrics, and so on.

No additions
Solvent free production process, without the use of toxic and harmful chemical solvents or plasticizers, and without the generation of waste gas;
The material itself is flame retardant, without the need for adding flame retardants or flame retardant post-processing procedures, and there is no wastewater generated;
Not using fluorinated materials and not containing PFOA or PFOS, which does not affect the health of the organism;
No antifungal or antibacterial agents, not affecting aquatic organisms
