1. Use of medical liquid silicone

Medical liquid silicone is also commonly known as two-component room temperature vulcanization addition silicone. Both components A and B of silica gel are flowable liquids, and component B contains platinum catalyst catalyst or other auxiliary agents. After mixing the two components, it can be cured at room temperature or heated. Can be used for the following aspects:

1. Manufacture of precision molds such as metal artworks, alloy vehicles, etc.;
2. Molding of epoxy resin, polyester resin, polystyrene, vinyl plastic, paraffin and other materials;
3. Mold manufacturing of large cement components, cultural stone, concrete, precision parts, glass fiber reinforced plastic products and other products;
4. Design and manufacture of high-precision hand model, rapid prototyping design.
5. Manufacturing of dental molds, medical products, silicone wax figures, silicone dolls, silicone products, silicone parts, silicone seals, silicone sheets and other silicone products and molds.

Second, the characteristics of medical liquid silicone

1. Not limited by the thickness of the product, it can be deeply vulcanized;
2. The shrinkage rate is less than one thousandth, the low molecular weight is not released during the cross-linking process, and the reproduced product has high accuracy;
3. It has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, which can reach 300℃;
4. Food grade, non-toxic and tasteless, passed FDA food certification;
5. High stretch and high tear resistance, many times of mold turning, not easy to deform;
6. Good fluidity, easy to pour, can be cured at room temperature or heated, and easy to operate.

Fourth, the production method of silicone mold

1. Prepare a container and a mixer or a stirring rod, for example: use two appliances of the same capacity, measure the two components of component A and component B in the container in the same way, and then measure the two components of A/B. Pour each glue into the same large container and stir evenly. The appearance of the mold silica gel is a flowing liquid. Component A is silica gel with curing components, and component B is silica gel.
2. It is best to vacuum the stirred silica gel with a vacuum machine
3. Pouring or brushing operation process: Evacuate the silica gel that has been evacuated from the bubbles, and pour the silica gel on the product by pouring or brushing.

5. Precautions for the use of medical liquid silicone

The ratio of medical liquid silica gel is 1:1. Attention should be paid to the addition-type silica gel during use: it should not come into contact with the condensed silica gel, otherwise the silica gel will not be cured.
