Use steps of silica gel cake mold:

1. Mix the cake ingredients according to the cake making formula, and put them into the silica gel cake mold.
2. Place the raw materials according to the shape of the silica gel cake mold, and shape the cake.
3. Sprinkle chocolate, raisins and other decorations on the top of the cake ingredients.
4. Put the silicone mold of the cake containing the raw materials into the oven.
5. After baking, take out the silica gel mold of the cake and cool it naturally.
6. Take the formed cake out of the silicone mold and demould it.

Precautions for use of silicone cake mold:

1. For the first use, please pay attention to cleaning the silica gel cake mold and smearing a layer of butter on the mold. This operation can extend the service life of the mold, and it is unnecessary to repeat this operation later.
2. Do not directly touch open fire, heat source or sharp tools.
3. When baking, pay attention to placing the silica gel cake mold in the center or lower position of the oven to avoid the mold close to the heating part of the oven.
4. When baking is completed, pay attention to wear thermal insulation gloves and other thermal insulation equipment to take the mold out of the oven and wait for cooling for a while before demoulding. For demoulding operation, please drag the mold and lightly buckle the bottom of the mold to demould easily.
5. The silica gel is heated quickly and evenly, so the baking time is different from that of traditional metal molds. Please adjust the baking time.
6. When cleaning the silica gel cake mold, please do not use steel wire balls or metal cleaning products to clean the mold to prevent damage to the mold and affect later use. Please refer to the instructions for using the oven.

Maintenance method of silica gel cake mold:

1. Please clean the silicone mold after each use.
2. Do not wash with cold water immediately after leaving the oven to prolong the service life.
3. Wash with hot water and diluted food detergent, or put it in the dishwasher.
4. Do not use corrosive detergent or foam for cleaning.
5. Make sure that the silicone mold is completely dry before each use and storage.
6. During baking, the silica gel mold shall be separately opened on the flat baking pan. Do not dry bake the mold. For example, if you have a six mold, you can only fill three molds. Please fill the other three empty molds with water.
7. When baking is completed, please remove the entire baking pan from the oven and place the baking products on the grid to be cooled until completely cooled.
8. Cake silica gel mold, chocolate silica gel mold, ice lattice silica gel mold can only be used in ovens, ovens and microwave ovens, and must not be directly used on gas or electricity, or directly above the heating plate or below the barbecue.
9. Do not use sharp tools to scratch on the silicone mold, and do not pull violently.
10. Silica gel cake mould is easy to absorb dust due to static electricity. If it is not used for a long time, please store it in a paper box in a cool place.
