Mixing is the process of mixing raw rubber or plastic raw rubber with compounding agents into a compound rubber with a rubber mixer. It is the most important production process for rubber processing. Essentially, it is a process in which the compounding agent is uniformly dispersed in the raw rubber. The granular compounding agent is in a dispersed phase and the raw rubber is in a continuous phase.

The viscosity of the mixed rubber is changed into M type.
The first peak is the addition of various small materials, cross-linking, viscosity increase is well understood
The second peak is wet to disperse, and the viscosity naturally increases.
Dispersion is then complete and the viscosity slowly decreases.
If the mixing time is too long, it will be scorched and the viscosity will increase again.
