Characteristics of high-temperature silicone rubber:
Durability: Silicone rubber is a material in industry that needs to maintain its initial shape and mechanical strength under high thermal stress or low temperature. Organic rubber has a carbon to carbon skeleton, which makes it easy to resist external factors such as ozone, ultraviolet radiation, heat, and aging. This makes silicone rubber one of the preferred elastomers for many extreme environments.

Chemical resistance: High temperature adhesives are highly inert and do not react with most chemical substances. Due to its inertness, it is widely used in many medical fields, including medical implants. It has biocompatibility, low allergenicity, and non allergenicity, and is suitable for general infant care products and food contact.

Temperature resistance: High temperature adhesive has good resistance to extreme temperatures and can operate normally at temperatures ranging from 100 to 300 ° C.

Mechanical properties: such as elongation, creep, cyclic bending, tear strength, compression, insulation strength (high pressure), thermal conductivity, fire resistance, and tensile strength under certain extreme temperature conditions.

Electronic performance: High temperature adhesive has excellent insulation performance.
