Liquid adhesive

Liquid silicone rubber has the characteristics of low compression coefficient, fast curing cycle, good stability, high temperature resistance, and strong low-temperature resistance, making it an ideal material for high-quality production applications. Unlike most thermoplastic elastomers, LSR maintains toughness and elasticity at minus 60 degrees Celsius and its performance at 200 degrees Celsius. In addition to these properties, the randomness of multiple hardness and color choices, silicon elastomers have increasingly become the preferred material for practical applications.

The typical application of liquid silicone rubber is products that require high precision, such as seals, sealing films, electrical connectors, multi pin connectors, baby products, and other smooth surface products, such as baby pacifiers, medical grade applications, kitchen utensils such as baking pans and spatulas.

Characteristics of liquid glue:

Durability: LSR components can withstand extreme temperatures, making them an ideal choice for components under and near the engine of automobiles. The components formed by injection molding with liquid silicone rubber have flame retardancy and are not easily melted.

Chemical resistance: Liquid silicone rubber is resistant to water, oxidation, and chemical solutions such as acids and alkalis.

Temperature resistance: Compared with other elastomers, silicone resin can withstand a wide range of high/low temperature limits.

Mechanical properties: LSR has good elongation, high tear and tensile strength, excellent flexibility, and a hardness range of 5-80 Shore.

Electronic performance: LSR has excellent insulation performance, which provides an attractive choice for many electronic applications.
