Hits: 25 img

Silicone rubber (MVQ/SILICONE)
Basic characteristics:
Excellent heat and cold resistance, able to be used within a wide temperature range of -60-+250 ℃ with minimal changes in physical properties.
Good ozone resistance and weather resistance.

Excellent electrical performance, with little variation in frequency range over a wide temperature range.
Low mechanical properties and improved resistance to high-temperature compression deformation compared to dimethyl silicone rubber.
Scope of application: Methylvinyl silicone rubber has greatly improved its heat resistance and high-temperature compression deformation resistance due to its improved vulcanization activity. It is the largest and most widely used type of silicone rubber with the highest variety and grade. In addition to general-purpose rubber materials, various specialized and processable silicone rubbers are also processed and matched based on it, such as high-strength, low compression deformation, conductivity, delayed ignition, thermal conductivity, and other silicone rubbers. This type of silicone rubber is widely used for O-rings, oil seals, various pipelines, sealants, and adhesives.

FLUORO SILICONE/MFVQ
Basic characteristics:
It has excellent cold resistance and low compression permanent deformation common to silicone rubber.
Significant improvement in oil resistance.
The price is high.

Application scope:
Mainly used in industries such as military industry, automotive components, petrochemical industry, medical and health care, and electrical and electronic industries for special oil resistance, solvent resistance, high and low temperature resistance products, such as molded products, O-rings, gaskets, rubber hoses, dynamic and static seals, as well as sealants, adhesives, etc.
