Description
The coated liquid silicone rubber is composed of three products, MY-LSR 3271 is the surface layer, with excellent release effect;   MY-1 is the intermediate layer, providing better strength and flexibility for the product; MY-2 is the bottom layer, which has a certain adhesion with the cloth.

  Usage
   1) Mixing ratio: 1:1 weight mixing and remove the air bubble.
   2) Curing Condition: coated liquid silicone rubber under high temperature, it will cure quickly. The curing time depends on the thickness and curing temperature used.
   3) Operation time：After mixing components A and B, the validity period of the mixture at 25 ° C is 48 hours.

  Clean
  Most hydrocarbon solvents can remove uncured silicon. Polar solvents, such as ketone and ethanol, cannot be removed.

  Packing and storage
  1) Package: 20kg / barrel, 200kg /Iron barrel.
  2) Store at room temperature under 32°C to avoid exposure to rain and sunlight.
  3) Shelf life:9 months, preferably within 6 months.
