1. The surface of the coated plastic and hardware is not subjected to the necessary primer treatment according to the specifications. Due to the very stable physical properties of the silica gel raw materials, so as not to react with most of the materials, the conventional molding process can not achieve the coating and bonding between the silicone and the plastic and hardware, and must be packaged before the encapsulation. The surface of the covered plastic and hardware is treated. The typical treatment method is the brush primer. The primer must be applied as required, spread evenly, and the molding is completed within the specified time. Any of the above 3 points is not completed according to the specifications, which will cause the silicone rubber to be degummed.

2. The surface of the covered plastic and hardware is not cleaned up. The dirt and oil on the surface will directly lead to the problem of degumming of the silicone rubber. Therefore, the surface of the coated plastic and hardware must be cleaned before the primer treatment. If the primer treatment has been completed, it must be properly stored to avoid contamination.
