General-purpose HTV silicone rubber is a high-performance material widely used in industrial applications, featuring excellent processability and stable overall physical properties. This silicone rubber is processed using two types of curing agents to meet different manufacturing needs. For molded rubber, we use 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane as a curing agent, making it particularly suitable for producing standard silicone rubber products and various miscellaneous parts, especially colored products. Its excellent flow and molding characteristics ensure high efficiency and quality during the manufacturing process.

In extrusion applications, general-purpose HTV silicone rubber utilizes dibenzoyl peroxide (DBP) as a curing agent, specifically designed for low-end miscellaneous extruded products. This selection not only optimizes the material's physical properties but also ensures consistency and reliability in the final products, making it widely applicable across various everyday industries.
