Fluorosilicone rubber, also known as γ-trifluoropropyl methyl polysiloxane, is a kind of side chain modified silicone elastomer. Generally, products made of fluorosilicone rubber, in addition to the characteristics of general silicone rubber, also has excellent oil resistance, including fuel, oil, chemical agents and solvents. Therefore, fluorine silicone rubber makes up for the lack of oil resistance of ordinary silicone rubber, which is called the "oil fighter" in silicone elastomers.
