Modified silicone rubber:
Modified silicone rubber is a silane sealed polyether as a base rubber, adding a variety of functional additives made of rubber characteristics of liquid silicone, according to the need to be made into non-toxic odor, no corrosion, no heavy metals, halogen-free, high modulus, low modulus, high thixotropy, high extrusion, high strength, easy stripping, high storage stability and other properties of different products. It is widely used in consumer electronics, electrical appliance industry and construction industry. Compared with ordinary dealcoholized silica gel bonding universality and long-term high temperature resistance (above 130℃) performance is slightly worse.

Ordinary dealcoholization type:
Typical silica gel with 107 glue as the base glue, and trace ethanol is released during the curing process. Environmental protection, non-toxic, no heavy metals, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, cold and heat shock resistance, with excellent aging resistance and extensive bonding properties to the substrate. The disadvantage is poor resistance to high temperature and high humidity environment and long-term soaking of some substrates, which is mostly used in the electronic and electrical industry.

End dealcoholization type:
made of silane end 107 adhesive as the base adhesive, the curing process releases a trace amount of ethanol. Has excellent environmental performance, no halogen, no harmful heavy metals, compared with ordinary dealcoholized silica gel has better environmental performance and high temperature and humidity resistance, but the universality of bonding and storage stability is slightly poor. Most used in electronic appliances and medical, food industry.
