Deketoxime type:
Typical silica gel based on 107 glue, the curing process releases trace ketoxime small molecules. Compared with ordinary dealcoholized silica gel, it has better high temperature and humidity resistance and water resistance, but its environmental performance is slightly poor, and it is slightly corrosive to copper and PC. Mostly used in electronic appliances, industry, construction and other industries.

RTV-2 plus molded silicone rubber:
Based on vinyl silicone oil and hydrogen-containing silicone oil, curing does not require water participation, and the curing process is extremely sensitive to temperature. It has extremely fast deep curing speed, extremely low curing shrinkage rate, excellent environmental performance, extremely high strength, excellent high temperature resistance and aging resistance. It is widely used in electronic and electrical potting, plastic injection molding, thermal insulation, medical food packaging and so on. The disadvantage is that the bonding performance is poor, and it is easy to cause non-curing due to catalyst failure.

RTV-2 condensation type silicone rubber:
107 rubber as the base rubber, absorb moisture in the air to deethanol curing. Easy to operate, high temperature resistance and aging resistance, mostly used for electronic and electrical heat conduction/flame retardant/seismic/sealing purposes. Compared with molded silicone rubber, it has better sealing and bonding properties, but the strength, deep curing speed, curing shrinkage rate and so on are slightly worse.
