Vulcanize at 130℃ for 5 minutes.
Cures rapidly at high temperatures. The curing time depends on the thickness used and the curing temperature.
Contact with certain materials, such as amines, sulfur, and tin compounds, may inhibit curing.
Components A and B are filtered, deaerated, and supplied as matched batches.
Mix Component A and Component B at a ratio of 1:1 by weight.
It is strongly recommended to use airtight conveying, metering, and mixing equipment for metering and mixing the two components.
If air bubbles are introduced during the mixing process, a vacuum device must be used to completely remove the air.
The product should be stored in unopened original containers at a temperature of 32℃ or below.
The shelf life of this product is 9 months. It can be used only after passing re-inspection.
After mixing Components A and B, the pot life of the mixture at 25℃ is 48 hours.
